Designing Your Assessor Framework
Congratulations for getting to this final module of the course. We hope you’ve learned a lot so far.
Now it’s time to bring all your learning together and create your own Assessor Framework for your facility.
You’ll do this in a separate PDF download, allowing you to print and share this with the team.
Not only will it form the basis for your staff training; it’s also an important part of creating a transparent and systematic approach to client management and overall business success.
Here’s a reminder of what you’ll include:
1. Member Journey Overview
This is a broad outline of the five stages of the client experience:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Trial
- Onboarding, and
- Consolidation
2. 90-Day Roadmap
Taking a process flow format, this gives an overview of the key tasks, contact points, actions for various staff members, and any automations that you decide to put in place.
3. Nurture Sequence Breakdown
This detailed document gives the specifics of what’s involved in each of these steps.
Depending on your journey, this could include:
- A script or checklist for each phone call
- A template for emails
- A framework for key contact points like the evaluation process and the sales meeting
- An outline for any resources, literature, or physical assets that you’ll share with the client at each point of the process
- Inputs from various members of the team, and details of any expertise or training they’ll need to execute their role in the process
- And a note of which metrics are relevant at each point, and how to measure them.
You can download the Assessor Framework document here; and complete and upload it on the following exercise page before your final call with your IFBA coach.

N.B. If you simply open the workbook in a new tab and begin working in it (instead of downloading to your computer) you will not be able to save your work.
