Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be fit?

In Rushe Fitness, we tailor our exercises so that anyone of any fitness level will get a great workout.

No one will feel that they are being left behind.

Our small class size allows us to keep an eye on everyone and to give each client the individual attention needed.

We have a dedicated Beginners Class for those who are new to exercise or have been out of action for a while.

You will train your full body 2-3 days per week using the latest training methods and each session is challenging but fun.

What if I work odd hours each week and cannot commit to a set time?

That’s no problem at all.
We understand that and have 2 membership choices to suit.
With our NEW FREEDOM PLAN, you will never have to miss a class again, and with 31 class times to choose from, you are guaranteed to ALWAYS get a time that suits.

What if I can't make my set class?

We have 6 classes each day, so if you can’t make your set time, you can drop into an earlier or later one.
Also, we have an open session every Saturday at 11am where you can make up any class you miss.

What if I can't do an exercise?

Don’t worry, at Rushe Fitness no-one gets left behind.
We can show you a simple regression to change any exercise that will allow you to train at your level.

What happens after my first 6 weeks?

If you are happy with your progress and would like to continue you don’t need to do anything.
Our members sytem will take care of everything so all you have to concentrate on is enjoying the training.

What if I don't like it?

We will do our best to make your time here the best part of your day.
However, if for some reason you don’t wish to continue with us, we will cancel your memberhip and bid you a fond farewell with no hard feelings.
We understand that we won’t be the right fit for everyone and want your fitness experience to be the best it can be wherever that may be.
