All supervised training sessions in our Lean 4 Life program are based around improving fitness levels, toning up and losing weight.
We train the full body in each session to get the MAXIMUM results in the MIMINUM amount of time.
We use TRX, Kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and our extensive range of cardio equipments to get the best results for our clients without them having to learn complicated exercises that feel out of their reach.
We program our sessions so you won’t get bored and end up doing the same thing over and over again.
