I’m just in the middle of week 7 of the little black dress challenge! I started off as a beginner, having barely attended the gym before so hadn’t a clue when I first started! The classes are absolutely brilliant… everyone is on different levels which is great motivation! I’ve been training with Emmet at Rushe fitness for the last year, in that time I’ve gone from seriously unfit, heavily overweight and with awful eating habits to eating healthy and a whole lot fitter and 30kgs lighter, the classes are great with no pressure on speed or ability, great for beginners right through to the more experienced members, the meal planners are simple and easy to follow also, and Emmet is always there to answer and questions you might have.

While you are encouraged to challenge yourself you are supported to do so at a rate that is suitable for you. I joined Rushe fitness not necessarily to lose weight but more as a lifestyle change, wanting to be more active, eat better and generally feel better. People are always telling me that it’s not sustainable and why am I “punishing” myself by not eating crap!
