I’ve almost completed the online challenge with Rushe Fitness..six weeks ago if someone had told me I could achieve what I’ve just achieved I’d have told them they were crazy..I’ve lost 6.8kg and I couldn’t be happier..I cannot recommend this program or Emmet highly enough..I expected support during the program but I’ve been blown away by the incredible motivational support he’s provided…I’ve learned so much along the way and I’m also grateful for the support of the other wonderful ladies on the program…Emmet thanks for an amazing program…never ever thought i could get these results without even entering the gym..anyone thinking on doing one of these programs do it!!….yes you have to be willing to do the work and look at your food choices…but the results speak for themselves…and guess what? Its lots of fun too..
I’ve just completed the online challenge with Emmet and It was absolutely brilliant even the workouts 😜 I have almost a stone off in just 6 weeks. Emmet was always there with support, guidance and encouragement the whole way through the programme. His motivation on my off days was amazing and really got me back on track.
The nutrition guide is fantastic and I never felt as if I was missing out on food. This programme really teaches you about portion control which is a huge factor for me.
I would highly recommend the online challenge. It’s ideal for busy mums as the workouts can be easily done at home when the kids go to bed. No need for a babysitter which is right up my street. Loved the challenge Emmet and thanks a million for everything. It was Top Class
I’m just in the middle of week 7 of the little black dress challenge! I started off as a beginner, having barely attended the gym before so hadn’t a clue when I first started! The classes are absolutely brilliant… everyone is on different levels which is great motivation! Emmet is great, he shows you different ways maybe easier ways to do exercises to still get the benefits. Anyone that is considering getting fit and back in shape, go for it!
I can safely say I’m hooked!
I’ve been training with Emmet at Rushe fitness for the last year, in that time I’ve gone from seriously unfit, heavily overweight and with awful eating habits to eating healthy and a whole lot fitter and 30kgs lighter, the classes are great with no pressure on speed or ability, great for beginners right through to the more experienced members, the meal planners are simple and easy to follow also, and Emmet is always there to answer and questions you might have.
I could not recommend Rushe fitness highly enough..
Emmet is a great guy and really knows and understands what his clients are looking for. He always gets u to perform to the best of your capabilities! Have a problem with an exercise no problem change it to something similar but something you don’t have trouble with! Nothing is ever a problem and would highly recommend to any one looking to lose weight or even just to get fit! p.s. it’s not always about the scale
Can’t recommend Rushe Fitness enough!! training here for the past year and have loved the classes, training and friendships. My fitness levels were so low when I started, but don’t let that stop you as every fitness level is catered for. Emmet has created not only a fantastic gym but the best sense of community, once you start these classes you will be booking your spot every six wks, guaranteed

Stood on these scales 9 weeks ago when I finally decided it was time to get back in gear again…. weighed in at 89kg 😣
9 weeks later, 9 weeks of consistent training and that calorie defecit thing that Emmet loves 😛 and i’m flirting with 80kg 💪💪

Would highly recommend Rushe Fitness. Started there having not exercised much for several years. I felt nervous going at first but shouldn’t have. While you are encouraged to challenge yourself you are supported to do so at a rate that is suitable for you. The classes are always changing, never boring and because of the variety within the class I found I did more than I thought I could. Lovely friendly people and great motivation and encouragement. First time I have enjoyed and stayed engaged in a fitness class for a long time. Thankyou Rushe Fitness.

I joined Rushe fitness not necessarily to lose weight but more as a lifestyle change, wanting to be more active, eat better and generally feel better. People are always telling me that it’s not sustainable and why am I “punishing” myself by not eating crap! I’m fortunate that I enjoy eating healthy foods and very rarely go near the bad stuff anymore, not just because I’m part of this group but like I mentioned, it’s a lifestyle change, not a quick fix!
Myself and my wife work conflicting schedules and being a part of Rushe fitness has not only been a great way to get fit and healthy but has also turned out to be a great way to make time to do something together.
But even coming home after class and having that small window of opportunity to sit down and have breakfast together has been great.

CAN EVERYTHING BE DONE FROM HOME?
Yes, everything can be done from home. You don’t need access to a gym.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
There are one or 2 exercises where we would recommend you get a small kettlebell, apart from that everything can be done using your own bodyweight.
I'M WORRIED I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO THE EXERCISES. HOW CAN I BE SURE?
Don’t worry about that.
Rushe Fitness Live is for everyone.
We demonstrate different variations of each exercise, so you will always have a version you can do.
You will never feel left out.
WHAT IF I CAN'T DO THE WORKOUTS LIVE?
Don’t worry, the workouts will stay in the private members group forever, so you can do them at a time that suits you best.
WHAT IF I'M NOT ON FACEBOOK?
Don’t worry, you will get access to our membership page on our website and you can stream the workouts live from there.
So, no Facebook, no problem.
CAN I EAT THE SAME FOOD AS MY FAMILY?
Yes you can.
All the food and meals are normal.
There are no weird foods that you need to buy in a speciality shop and you can make all the meals so your family can also enjoy them too.
