I’ve almost completed the online challenge with Rushe Fitness..six weeks ago if someone had told me I could achieve what I’ve just achieved I’d have told them they were crazy..I’ve lost 6.8kg and I couldn’t be happier..I cannot recommend this program or Emmet highly enough..I expected support during the program but I’ve been blown away by the incredible motivational support he’s provided…I’ve learned so much along the way and I’m also grateful for the support of the other wonderful ladies on the program…Emmet thanks for an amazing program…never ever thought i could get these results without even entering the gym..anyone thinking on doing one of these programs do it!!….yes you have to be willing to do the work and look at your food choices…but the results speak for themselves…and guess what? Its lots of fun too..

I’ve just completed the online challenge with Emmet and It was absolutely brilliant even the workouts šĀ I have almost a stone off in just 6 weeks. Emmet was always there with support, guidance and encouragement the whole way through the programme. His motivation on my off days was amazing and really got me back on track.
The nutrition guide is fantastic and I never felt as if I was missing out on food. This programme really teaches you about portion control which is a huge factor for me.
I would highly recommend the online challenge. It’s ideal for busy mums as the workouts can be easily done at home when the kids go to bed. No need for a babysitter which is right up my street. Loved the challenge Emmet and thanks a million for everything. It was Top Class

I’m just in the middle of week 7 of the little black dress challenge! I started off as a beginner, having barely attended the gym before so hadn’t a clue when I first started! The classes are absolutely brilliant… everyone is on different levels which is great motivation! Emmet is great, he shows you different ways maybe easier ways to do exercises to still get the benefits.Ā Anyone that is considering getting fit and back in shape, go for it!

I’ve been training with Emmet at Rushe fitness for the last year, in that time I’ve gone from seriously unfit, heavily overweight and with awful eating habits to eating healthy and a whole lot fitter and 30kgs lighter, the classes are great with no pressure on speed or ability, great for beginners right through to the more experienced members, the meal planners are simple and easy to follow also, and Emmet is always there to answer and questions you might have.
I could not recommend Rushe fitness highly enough..

Emmet is a great guy and really knows and understands what his clients are looking for. He always gets u to perform to the best of your capabilities! Have a problem with an exercise no problem change it to something similar but something you don’t have trouble with! I picked up the courage to get back into exercising in 2016 and signed up to a 6 week challenge with Emmet.
The results from this programme are amazing, and I think the reason it works so well for me is because it’s straightforward, easy to follow and varied, and caters for all fitness levels. The food plans provided are ideal for a busy working mum and are suitable for the whole family. Great ideas for tasty filling meals and snacks. The support and advice you get from Emmet is invaluable. If your goal is to get healthy, tone up and lose some weight! Just take the plunge, I lost 18lbs in my first 3 months by following the plan. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Would recommend Rushe Fitness without reservation! I’ve always been afraid of exercise and could never in a million years have imagined myself lifting weights, doing burpies and enjoying myself in the process. I joined this class nearly 7 weeks ago and canāt believe I have just 2 classes left before Christmas. This class was recommended by a friend . I have to say I talked myself out of it a few times as I thought 45 mins over the road to a class is crazy and it is probably just like other classes I went to in the past . How wrong I was . I signed up for the black dress challenge and I have never stuck to nutrition plans in the past as been a working mum the prep involved was always so time consuming. Emmettās plan is so simple to follow and a good substantial dinner can be made up n a few mins . Emmett , Peter and Maria make u work hard in class and u leave knowing you have done a good workout. When I signed up for the class I had a goal in my head of the weight I was hoping to loose and couldnāt believe when Emmett weighed me yesterday I achieved this . I will definitely be recommending this class to my family and friends . Thank you so much guys

Would highly recommend Rushe Fitness. Started there having not exercised much for several years. I felt nervous going at first but shouldnāt have. While you are encouraged to challenge yourself you are supported to do so at a rate that is suitable for you. The classes are always changing, never boring and because of the variety within the class I found I did more than I thought I could. Lovely friendly people and great motivation and encouragement. Iām just after finishing the challenge and Iām so glad I signed up. The plan is very easy 2 follow, the workouts are challenging but Iām now in a place where I look forward2 working out and enjoy it Iāve lost 9pounds so far and plan 2keep on goin in the next challenge. A wee before and after i started with Rushe Fitness
I was at my least fittest when I started and was unable to do many of the exercises but with Emmetās help, guidance and support I have managed to over come all of this! His plan is great and the diet plan is excellent, I would definitely recommend this to anyone and if I can do it anyone can!ā

āEmmet is a fantastic PT. Last year I won a tailored made program from Emmet to help me achieve my goals i.e. muscle gain and strength. Throughout the entire program I had 100% support and guidance from Emmet. The knowledge and passion he has for his job is amazing and the dedication and encouragement towards his clients is flawless. When you think you canāt do another rep or dead lift his continues encouragement pushes you to do it which I felt got me one step closer to achieving my goal. I can honestly say that I achieved my goals and more by the end of the 12 week program gaining over 4kgs of lean muscle, dropped my body fat from 22% to 16 % and finished squatting 8 reps of 80kgs. Iām absolutely delighted with the results, Iāve lost weight and inches, my fitness has improved and I feel a lot healthier and most importantly I fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans again . Emmet had altered some of the exercises to suit me after having the c- section so I didnāt strain that area, ( there no getting out of not doing it ) there is a lovely atmosphere in the class with a great bunch of people . I joined Rushe fitness not necessarily to lose weight but more as a lifestyle change, wanting to be more active, eat better and generally feel better. People are always telling me that itās not sustainable and why am I āpunishingā myself by not eating crap! Iām fortunate that I enjoy eating healthy foods and very rarely go near the bad stuff anymore, not just because Iām part of this group but like I mentioned, itās a lifestyle change, not a quick fix!
Myself and my wife work conflicting schedules and being a part of Rushe fitness has not only been a great way to get fit and healthy but has also turned out to be a great way to make time to do something together.
But even coming home after class and having that small window of opportunity to sit down and have breakfast together has been great.

No more xxl or xl and very few Lās, and out with the 38ā³/36 and 34ā³!! More to the point it time to lose the safety net!! Iām never going back there!! All these old clothes are for a charity shop.
This is a real world one change.
